From the time I contacted them about my issue everyone was polite, friendly and willing to help. I'm so glad the lady who answered the phone let me know where they were located. Once I arrived Drew was assigned as my agent and took care of me immediately. I didn't plan on leaving my vehicle that day but they let me know they would give me a ride so I dropped left the vehicle with them for the repair. Drew informed we it would take about a week but if possible he would get it done quicker. I left the vehicle Thursday afternoon and received a call on Monday. Really unexpected because they are not open on the weekends. When I went to pick up the SUV it was sitting out front waiting on us. We inspected everything and it looked great. Drew meet us out front and then took us inside to get the keys. Such a great experience. I would recommend Fields Collision Center to everyone. Thank you.

Great job on the repairs to my Mercedes E300! Nice to also have a Lexus rental until the work was done. Easy pick up and drop off. They also did excellent work to my trunk & underneath the back of my car. Everything was fixed right and the work looks solid. I really appreciate the attention to detail. Highly recommend if you want Mercedes parts vs. going to a shop for aftermarket.

Well, my experience was part good, and part bad. My service coordinator was excellent. She explained how the process would work. She followed up on a regular basis and even told me that it would be possible that my car would be at the dealer for a couple of weeks. The bad part was, they had my car for 38 days. At one point, when I got my update on Wednesday it took them the entire week to reassemble my car. I’m not sure how that’s possible, but that’s what happened to me. While my Service coordinator was excellent. I think I would search out another place that deals with Porsche and see if I can get a better experience. In my opinion, it just shouldn’t take that long and they resubmitted bills to my Insurance company, three times, which by the way was the best experience. My Insurance company was awesome. To fix this dent and hole, it cost approximately $13,600

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The Field Motors Collision team is simply the very best! I came in with what some might call “minor” damage to my girl — but the truth is, there is nothing minor when it involves my girl. From the moment we arrived, the entire team treated both of us with genuine care, professionalism, and impressive efficiency. Drew was absolutely amazing and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I always knew what was happening, what to expect next, and exactly where things stood — which made the whole experience stress-free. Even better, they completed the repairs and returned my healed girl earlier than promised — and she looks incredible. If you’re looking for the best, stop looking. You’ve already found it at Field Motors Collision.
